cannot remove filters onLR 14.2

I cannot remove filters from my album.

I want to view all of the photos in the develop module.

They are filtered.

How do I remove the filter.

In the bottom right corner there is supposed to be an option in the filter option box "none" but it is not there. Can anyone tell me how to remove filters and view all of the photos?

Ctrl-L once or twice will remove filters.

Also, in the Filter Bar at the top (press  backslash  to turn it on if it is not on), you can click on the word NONE
