Cannot see Lightroom Classic adjustment brush

Hi, I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure this out. I cannot locate the toolbar as highlighted in the screenshot below. I am using Lightroom Classic versiom 12.3 Raw 15.3m(Windows 11). Can someone kindly point me in the right direction. Thank you in advance.

Adobe has changed the interface for masking/brushing. The toolbar in your 2nd screen capture is how it appears now. You want to click on the circular icon at the right to enable masking, from there you can select the Brush tool, or just press the letter K.
