Canon R5 does not tether anymore

My Canon R5 does not actually capture the image anymore on my PC.

LR does recognise the camera, I can do live view, I can even trigger it, but the image is just not uploaded into LR.

It does work in Smartshooter though, so I assume the cable and camera are ok.

What I have done so far:

• Updated windows 11 to the latest release
• Reinstalled Lightroom CC
• Reset the camera to factory default
• Tried USB 2.0, USB 3.0 and 3.1 ports
• Tried 3 different cables to exclude an error there 

Ihave had an Inteck USB card adapter installed but have taken it out again due to stability issues.

Tried finding and removing that USB driver but not very succesful

Any help would be much appreciated
