Changing Colour Profile or Codec of a Video file

Dear All,

Can I change the Colour  Profile or even Codec of video files as ceratin ones cause an import issue? The file play well enough it is just that lightroom gives error messages when trying to catalouge them

The Codec reads - Timecode, Linear PCM, Apple Intermediate Codec but the Colour Profile is 1-1-1. Thye same codec from the same camera with a colour profileod 6-1-6 works fine.
