Cloud Speicher voll

Hallo Freunde

Ich habe mein Lrc Abo 1TB reduziert auf 20 GB Cloudspeicher. Nun zeigt mir die Cloud an, dass zuviele Daten in der Cloud gespeichert sind und ich Upgraden soll, obwohl sämmtliche Dateien definitiv gelöscht wurden.

Was läuft da falsch?

Ich empfehle Dir deinen Forum Anzeigename zu ändern. Es sollte dafür nicht eine email Adresse verwendet werden.

Du kannst das online in deinem AdobeID Account machen.

Hi there,

 

We're sorry about the trouble with Lightroom Classic. Could you please send the screenshot which shows how much storage you've in the cloud by going to lightroom.adobe.com, click on the profile icon > Account info. Try deleting the photos from the cloud by going to lightroom.adobe.com, clicking on the profile icon > account info, and then clicking on "Delete Lightroom Library". Using the option to Delete Lightroom Library would only delete the images uploaded to the Lightroom cloud storage.

 

Note: Please ensure that you have a backup of all your images locally before deleting all the images from the Lightroom cloud storage. If you need, you can download all the images from the Lightroom cloud storage to your computer using the Lightroom downloader tool that you can access here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/lightroom-cc/kb/download-lightroom-photos.html
