Cloud storage issues

Hi 

I have 2 plans running for storage 

one for 20GB and 100GB and always had combined them together but now I'm only getting 100GB instead of 120GB 

 

does anyone know how to fix this

It's happened again 

 

was showing 120GB yesterday now just 100gb again and I haven't even cancelled any plans yet.

I suspect that what you did was wrong. Solution was not to add an additional subscription. 

 

Searching the web on "creative cloud add storage" yields:

I did not know that it is possible to combine Cloud Storage for two separate Accounts!

Anyway- Community volunteers cannot fix subscription questions.
