I need to actually speak with someone. It is hard for me to explain in writing what my issue is.

How can I contact customer service and reach a real person?

You have to allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work

Click the chat icon in the lower right and type "agent" to get a human and not the chat bot.

You can also use the Phone Support. The appropriate phone numbers you'll find here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

The chat is normally quicker than a phone call.

Also - beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message or an email.

No there is not a live chat link in the lower righjt of this page. I have tried anf ailed to find any way to contact a human being at Adobe. I have an issue that is not covered by the plethora of non-human advice pages.
