In Grid view, many images selected, you can use the Basic Quick Develop Panel to change the selected photos White Balance to one of the Presets-

In the grid, select all the desired photos. Then switch to the Develop Module, bottom right click on the button that says Sync, make sure the slider is at the top position, and then the button says "Auto-Sync". Change the temperature; the same change will be applied to all of the selected photos. Then remember to turn off "Auto-Sync".
