@Aleke
I think I'm down to a final issue--and did find that the LRC iPad interface is much easier to work with than the iPhone.
My catalog/slideshow on my desktop has 149 slides including a handful with movies (mov files). When I sync to my iPad or iPhone, the images show up but the movies don't and I end up with 137 slides there.
How do I get it to sync the mov files?
Thank you!
Hi @NotAnselAdams!
Ah, I see now—thanks for pointing that out, and my apologies for missing the fact that your slideshow includes videos. Unfortunately, videos are one of the few things that don’t sync from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom Mobile. You can read more about that here: https://adobe.ly/4liU6au
If you’d like to get your videos into Lightroom Mobile, it does take a few extra steps. You’ll need to migrate your catalog to the Lightroom cloud, which will then sync across your devices. This guide walks you through the process: https://adobe.ly/4nazeUq
Alternatively, you could send the video files to your iPad, once they’re on your device, they should show up in Lightroom Mobile.
Let me know if you’d like help with any of the steps—I’m happy to walk you through it!
Thanks again,
Alek
