CR3 does not work in Lightroom Classic

've done all 6 steps again and now it works! It showed that I have to reinstall all the programs again. I had to make a new catalogue but I can finally open new .CR3 files! Thank you sir!

I have just done this, got updates for Bridge and Audition, but Lr remains on 8.3

Please tell me how to update it, when everything is updated? Also reinstalled Cloud app and LR.
