creative cloud doesnt show 12.2 update

hi,

 

after waiting months to make my monthly paid Lrc work again with my nikon cameras now the creative cloud didnt give me the update.

 

i have osx 13.2.1

lrc 11.5

 

i also restartet the creative cloud with command option r, no help. still shows no available updates.

its a real pain.

 

what can i do?

OK, that's definitely the current version. Can you open LrC on your system, do Help>System Info and post a screenshot of the resulting display from the top (omitting your email address) down to the Installed Plugins section.

One other thing: can you open the Creative Cloud app and do Help>Check for Updates to see if that offers the update for LrC.

I've had to do this in the past @Jim Wilde, so good call. If it still sees nothing, you may need to uninstall Creative Cloud and reinstall it.

Several people have fixed this issue by:

 

  • Uninstalling LrC.
  • Restart Computer
  • Reinstall LrC (normally it defaults to the latest and restores the version updating)

Nice workaround for 16billion software house. 
last time i had such issues and solutions with a software was dos3.11. Really a shame that have to invest so much time an effort to bring a monthly paid sofware to run like it is. Shame on Adobe.

 

anyway thanks for your help, i will try this when iam back in the studio.
