Creative Cloud says LrC v10.4 is current!

I've been an Adobe subscriber for several (perhaps too many) years.

Creative Cloud says that LrC 10.4 is current (when I know that they have released 11.0).

I have:

* Logged out of Creative Cloud and logged back in - same results

* Deleted the OPM.db file (as suggested). Logged back in - same results

* Environment: Windows 10.0 Personal Edition; lots of RAM and lots of disk. (more than meets the minimum environment requirements for LrC)

Actually, Creative Cloud says all of my versions are up to date (Photoshop has been released at v23.0 and Creative Cloud says my v22.51 is up-to-date)!

Help!

Correct answer DdeGannes

You need to update your version of Windows so that it meets the minimum requirement,

""System Requirements

The minimum system requirements for Lightroom Classic 11.0 have been updated:

  • Windows 10 v1909 or later, or Windows 11.
  • macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later.""

Click your Windows button and type in "winver"

What is the Version Number listed on the second line?

Winver reveals: 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1288)

Windows 10 Home (I previouly said "Personal Edition"). It is "Home".

DdeGannes:

I checked for Windows Updates... and it suggested a couple.

Windows now reports (using winver):

Windows 10

Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1320

While it doesn't appear to be the 10 v1909... when the computer restarted, Creative Cloud now says it has eight (8) applications to update.

Problem solved (fingers crossed).

Thx

When you get done with your updates/upgrades, double check that you u[pdated Adobe Camera RAW, Some of us ignore the button to do so as the Update PS used to force that update, but a few days ago, when I updated, I noticed that is no longer the behavior, Some have run into ACR issues that may have simply been, opps, not updated.
