Crop Tool, need to restart LR after each edit

Hey everyone!

For some week now, i have a Problem with Lightroom Classic that takes the joy away to edit some Pics. I am on Windows 10 with the Latest Stable Version of Lightroom (12.4). When i open LR CC and crop a Picture with the Tool (Hotkey R) i can do everything as iam used to it. When i press enter Once to accept the changes and go back to make some Changes either in the same image or in any other Image, I get a Preview of the Old Image without anything happening when i try to rotate or else. This can be fixed by Restarting LR CC until i crop another Image and then need to restart again and so on. Very annoying Problem.

Help is very much appreciated, as iam losing the Joy of editing slowly with having to restart so often.

    Please help, iam unable to use Lightroom Classic. Above Mentioned Problem is back with 13.4.

     

    I have the latest Graphics Driver for my RTX 3080.
    Enabling the GPU only for the Display did not help either.

    That's the most recent Gaming driver (556.12). Adobe and Nvidia recommend using Studio drivers with Adobe apps rather than Gaming drivers, which don't receive as much testing with the Adobe apps. The most recent Studio driver for the RTX 3080 is 555.99:

    That may not be the cause of your problem, but you won't know until you've installed it, and it's always good practice to be on the recommended driver.

    I updated to the latest Studio Driver, rebooted the PC but still the same Problem.
    I even tried to downgrade to Lightroom Classic Version 13.3.1 but again, same Problem.

    Iam really considering, what iam paying for 11,89€ each Month...

    And the Recent 13.2 Path brought this Issue back, i didnt change any Graphics Card Drivers in the last weeks so that is out of question. This Error is really, really annoying and iam honestly considering trying a new Editing Software now.

    Adobe is constantly changing the code that uses the graphics processor, so it's entirely possible that 13.2 is tripping over a graphics-driver bug in a way that LR 13.1 didn't with the save driver. While it's possible that it's LR that is buggy, it's more likely a graphics-driver problem, since otherwise we'd see a lot more bug reports here with similar symptoms on Nvidia processors.

     

    Next troubleshooting steps:

     

    1. Update to the latest Nvidia Studio driver for the RTX 2070 Super (551.61):

    2. If that doesn't help, then do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set..

     

    3.  Verify the issue is still related to the graphics processor by temporarily setting Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor to Off.

      Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
