Denoise AI not working on Lightroom Classic

Hi. I have been using Denoise AI feature on Lightroom Classic and Lightroom. I am relatively new to this software. Since last month, Denoise AI Enhance Process is not completing and leaves no error message as well. It processes upto around 90% and suddenly stops and shows no photo displayed. However the feature continues to work in Lightroom and having issue with only Lightroom Classic. 

Today I did update lightroom classic and it did not solve the issue.

I am using Macbook M1 Pro with MacOS 14

 

Can someone help me in troubleshooting this issue ?

    I am also now suddenly encountering a host of issues. Denoise will stall, or it will give me a GPU error (My GPU is a Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB, so it is plenty powerful and was working fine before). I am also having sudden corruption of the color on my display when I apply masks; everything turning black and neon colors. None of this EVER happened before. Could be my recent AMD Adrenaline GPU update?

    There is a bug affecting AMD Radeon 5000 series GPUs (and possibly other AMD GPUs as well).     Hey, Niki88371768818pxr! Welcome to the Lightroom Classic Community. Before I help you troubleshoot, please update Lightroom Classic 13.4 to the latest version from the Creative Cloud Desktop application. 

     

    What type of file are you working on? Where are the files stored?

    I get a simlar erro. Have been using the AI Denoise feature without an issue until today, when it syas "Loading Enhance data . . . '" gets to about 90-95% and just stalls.

      Same here. Mine was working fine until yesterday when I upgraded to the latest LR Classic version 13.4. Mine goes through the progress bar showing the creation of the DNG, but when completed it gives only a gray rectangle with hte words "No photo selected." There is no new DNG.
