Check that the files are actually CR3 not JPEG, TIFF etc. Also, check that they haven't already been AI denoised or been through the 'Super Resolution' process in LrC, LrD or Camera Raw.

CR3 is an extension that Canon uses for different file types; normal mosaiced raw files, but also compressed smaller (I believe they call it 'sraw') files. The latter cannot be denoised with AI Denoise because they are not mosaiced any more.

If the photo has been de-mosaiced, you cannot fix it at all. The photo cannot be run through AI DeNoise.

Choose normal raw in your camera. You cannot 'fix' this for images that are already saved in such incompatible file format.

If you really use normal raw, then there is no reason why Denoise would not work, so I have no answer.

"Files transfered from Camera, are CR3. Not JPEG/TIFF another types"

Triple-check that indeed the file is a .cr3 by selecting it in Library and looking at File Name in the Metadata panel. Over the years there have been many, many posts here of people insisting they're editing a raw but aren't. Sometimes the camera settings get reset unbeknownst to them, or they accidentally selected a TIFF from Photoshop, or ..., or ... .  LR's default settings do their best to hide the file type from you.

If you verify it's a raw, then as the others suggested, upload it to Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar and post the sharing link here.

f these are not CRAW or similar, they should work. If not, please share an image. I downloaded a few CR3's from this camera from https://www.dpreview.com/sample-galleries/6671206782/canon-eos-r6-sample-gallery/8726754535 and they all work fine in denoise.
