denoise not working in iMac

Just upgraded to LRC 14.4 to get the Denoise feature in Detail, but I cannot get it to work.

Nothing happens when I click in the box and the white line adjacent to it is greyed out.

I am running 13.7.6 Ventura.

If you are running Ventura, then you probably have an older Mac. Are you sure your Mac has the minimum specs for Lightroom Classic 14.4, especially when it comes to the GPU? https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/system-requirements.html

I am unsure so have attached from my MAC.

If the Graphics card is outdated, can it be upgraded or is this one of the things that MAC restrict?

That GPU is indeed below specs. It is integrated into the CPU chip, so it cannot be replaced.
