Denoise Shortcut

One can entering Denoise from either the Library or the Develop module by going to tab Photo > Enhance... .  At that point it offers the Windows shortcut of Ctrl + Alt + I as an alternative.  That shortcut works in Develop but in Library it takes you to some folders.  Looks like a bug.  Perhaps one shouldn't be able to access Denoise from Library, don't know.

    Enhance is one of several commands that you can get to in both Develop and Library. In both modules, you can see it under the Photo menu (Photo > Enhance), listed with its keyboard shortcut.

     

    When you say the shortcut “takes you to some folders,” does it look like the Import dialog box with the folders on the left side? Because if so, that is what you should see if pressing the keyboard shortcut for File > Import Photos and Video (Ctrl + Shift + I, which is one key off from Ctrl + Alt + I).

    In my LR 13.0.2 / Windows 11, Ctrl Alt I invokes Enhance in both Develop and Library.

     

    "but in Library it takes you to some folders."

     

    Do you mean that after typing Ctrl Alt I in Library, the currently selected folder in the Folders panel in the left column changes? Or do you mean something else?  More details would help, as would full-resolution screenshots (not phone pics) before and after typing Ctrl Alt I in Library.

    Well, that's weird.  I tried to recreate it but I couldn't.  Perhaps it's a result of a combination earlier actions.  So, don't worry about it.  I'll keep an eye on it.  If it happens again, I try to work out when it's happening and report back.
