I have two desktop icons for Adobe Classic Lightroom.  Can I safely delete one without affecting the other?  Thanks  sue

If you're in Windows right click the shortcut - for example, in my shortcut tag I have:

Target: "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom Classic CC\Lightroom.exe"

If Mac, note here and someone else will have to steer you.

You didn't note if they both work. If you have different targets and both work, then you probably have multiple copies of Lightroom installed. If they're different, please note each here.

If they are identical regarding what target file they use, then you only need one. Check the target file.

*IF* they are both shortcuts (small arrow on the icon), and *IF* each one opens Lightroom correctly for you, take one to the trash.
