Develop presets missing

Using LR classic 9.1, Camera Raw 12.1. on a mac 10.15.3. I think since one of the last updates the user presets in develop are missing. Tried check/uncheck "partially compatible develop 'presets" and also "store presets with catalog". No change.  I made sure that a raw image was selected. When I click in preferences on "show lightroom develop presets" a folder in Library/ application/support/ adobe/ camera raw/ settings opens up in finder. I don't think that the develop presets ever have been in there before and are not now. I did not move presets folders.

In develop "manage presets" only shows the presets that come with lightroom. nothing else.

Actually, I think back at v7.3, this was changed. Adobe attempt to centralize presets, etc, that can be used in both LRC and ACR.

Will dig up some links

You might want to look to the old location and import or perhaps move the previous ones you have (move might be problematic)

One thing I do not see mentioned, or I am looking right at it, is clicking on the + symbol in the Presets panel, selecting Manage, and checking on, the presets you want available.

I do see the "manage" option in the preset panels. The ones that are listed seem all to be from LR itself. no other options to check/add
