DJI Air 3S FC9113 Lens Profile Not Available in Lightroom Classic

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue where the lens profile for my DJI Air 3S Wide Camera (Model: FC9113) does not appear in Lightroom Classic, even though the DNG files are supported in Camera Raw 17.1.

My Setup:

• Lightroom Classic Version: 14.1 (with Camera Raw 17.1)
• Drone Model: DJI Air 3S
• Cameras:
  • DJI Air 3S Telephoto Camera (FC9184)
  • DJI Air 3S Wide-Angle Camera (FC9113)

The Problem:

1. Missing Lens Profile:

   • The FC9113 lens profile exists in the correct directory:
     makefile

     Code kopieren

     C:\ProgramData\Adobe\CameraRaw\LensProfiles
   • I can see the profile file named DJI FC9113 Adobe Standard.dcp in the folder, but it does not appear in the lens profile list in Lightroom Classic.

2. Other Observations:

   • The DJI Air 3S Telephoto Camera profile (FC9184) shows up correctly.
   • The files are DNG format, and I have verified the metadata (Lens and Model are recognized as FC9113).

Steps I Have Tried:

• Reinstalled Lightroom Classic and Camera Raw.
• Confirmed both are up-to-date (LrC 14.1 / ACR 17.1).
• Reset Lightroom preferences.
• Verified the lens profiles exist in the correct folder.

Does anyone know why Lightroom Classic isn’t showing the FC9113 lens profile, even though it is present in the correct folder? Could this be a bug or an issue with the profile configuration?

Same issue on Mac with Lightroom Version 8.1.

I don't know if this matters but I just re-installed lightroom classic and I see Air 3S (I want to know where the Mavic 3 Pro is???)

But I see the DJI FC8284 Air 3 telephoto loaded as a profile...  I found it under the Len Corrections if that is of any benefit...

The AIR 3S has 2 cameras. Lightroom is only recognizing one of the 2 cameras.

I can confirm that I also see the profile for the telephoto camera (FC8284) in Lightroom Classic. However, the wide-angle camera (FC9113) profile is missing for me as well, even though it’s listed as supported in Camera Raw 17.1.

This issue also appears in the mobile version of Lightroom, which makes me think it’s likely a bug. Unfortunately, a moderator moved my original post to the lens profile request category, which is not accurate since the profile already exists in Camera Raw but isn’t showing up in Lightroom.

It would be helpful if this issue could be reposted in the bug section of the forum so Adobe can address it properly.

Hi Alek, happy new year!

The issue is only with the 9113 camera. If the FC9184 camera (telephoto lens) from the drone is used, Lightroom recognizes the lens. This happens on Lightroom Classic, Lightroom, and the Android version. All the applications are updated to the latest version.

This is still not fixed. Since support for the two DJI Air 3S cameras was added to ACR, only the telephoto camera shows as an embedded profile. The wide 24mm equivalent camera profile is missing or not working for some reason. I'm on Windows 11 latest version of LrC.

And still not fixed in LrC 14.3 PC and ACR 17.3. There is a profile for the Air 3S 70mm tele, but it has to be applied manually. It is not automatically embedded. There is still no profile for the Air 3S 24mm wide camera. The ACR supported cameras list has included these two cameras since 17.1, but neither is fully supported still in 17.3.

I can't seem to find a file for the wideangle lens on my freshly installed Camera Raw 17.1 and Lightroom 14.2 releases. I opened a bug for this issue and hopefully it will get on the developers team radar for Camera Raw 17.3. From the looks of it 17.2 doesn't have it either.
