Double clicking sliders not working

I am use to double clicking on a slider name it resets to zero. LR has not been allowing me to do this for a while now. I am running an iMac Mojave. I reset my preferences, but still not working.

Any fixes known?

Thank you in advance.

EDIT: I cannot find where "Help menu > System Info?" is. In my Help menu it does not show System Info.

My LR version is 8.4.1 release

Glad to see your issue was solved.

Do not get to mad over having to alter preferences defaults to what you want. Although a few additional links could have prepared you fir that, at least warned you of that.

One oddity, You could not find the system information via Lightroom? Is that still true?

In Lightroom, up top in the menu bar, Select the Help button, then you should see System Information, amongst others, click on that. Is that missing?

We do not need that anymore as your problem was solved, so nothing to diagnose, but in future problems, that might be asked for again

Thank you! You were correct. I lowered the Double-Click speed on the mouse and now it is back working. 👍

Resetting preferences and rebooting did not bring back the ablity to zero out sliders with a double-click on the slider nub.

I have tried two diferent mouses and a trackpad, all times making cerain only one device was activated.

I have enterd my computer info below.

Thank you to anyone that can assist!

I have tried that David. I have switched mouses and tried a trackpad as well, but not working anymore. Thank you for your assistance.

Make sure you are double-clicking on the actual up pointing slider tool. Actually, the function that you describe works for me  on my iMac.

    Hi there,

We apologize for the issue you are facing while trying to use the double click to reset feature in Lightroom.

Would you mind sharing the version of Lightroom you are currently using by going to the Help menu > System Info?

    Regards

That is the latest version. Could you try resetting the preferences of Lightroom again using the steps mentioned in the link below and then restart the computer to check if that helps?

Also, since when are you facing this issue?
