Question

Download/upload for outside printing service

I have an up to date version of Lightroom Classic. I have pictures I want to print from an outside printing service like CVS Photo or whatever. I can't get them to download to an external hard drive so that I can access them to upload to the printing service. It's very frustrating, especially because I used to be able to easily do this without having access problems because they were edited in Lightroom. I am sure it's me not understanding something. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Carol

Pick the photo(s) and print size layout etc in the Print Module. Then export as JPEG (not printer), and give that to your print provider.

How are you trying to do this?

And why do you use the word download? The term download refers to transferring files from the Internet. The term upload would be sending files over theInternet.

Typical method to send to a print service would be to export to your hard drive, to the apporiate file type, etc,  then upload them to the service, or copy them to media, if you are walking into a shop.
