Edit Capture Time Window does not show the "Change All" button

Hello,

I am trying to change the capture date by one hour due to daylight savings time.  I am in Library, select all images, go to Metadata / Edit Capture Time / Choose Shift by set number of hours / hit the drop down and choose +1 and no "Change All" button shows.  Only Change and Cancel.

This is the manner I see all advice saying how to do it.  What am I doing wrong?

    Select multiple photos in GRID view or select multiple photos in the other views and turn AUTOSYNC on to  activate the CHANGE ALL button.

    Thank you so much Bob!!  I did not see the AUTOSYNC directions in any other video or tutorial that I have looked at.
