Edit In Phoptoshop 2024 not working on LrC v13.3

I have been having this issue where every time I click on Edit in Photoshop, Photoshop 2024 (v25.9) opens like it should be it either shows me a blank application screen or just the home page, without opening the file I want to edit.

I have tried multiple times to uninstall and reinstall the apps to no avail. It's been bery frustrating trying to get this fixed and working.

I have included the Log file details: AdobeLogs_20240531_113010_892-win-GS.zxp

On the first look into the System Info I don't see any issuses.

I would try to install the Studio version of the NVidia driver.

Another try is to work only with one display. Disconnect one of the displays, restart the computer and try again.

What has been changed on your system before the error occour?

The last idea of mine is to do a clean reinstallation of all Adobe software by following the steps below:

If you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 6 - Topaz Photo AI

Please try to reset the preferences for PS

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

and reset the LrC preference file

https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html

If this doesn't help use the Adobe Creative Cloud Application to uninstall Photoshop. When asked, keep preferences! After this reinstall Photoshop again. If this doesn't help the nest step is to reinstall both apps Lightroom and Photoshop. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Client and uninstall both Photoshop and Lightroom Classic. When asked, keep preferences!
  2. Install Photoshop first and then Lightroom Classic. The right order is very important here!!

If this doesn't help try the reinstallation (step 2) with removing the preferences also.

There's no log file attached.

I've tried both ways. Nothing works, I reinstalled both without keeping preferences, but the same thing still happens.

To be Exact, this constant happens now, or it just opens Photoshop on the home page, and nothing else happens.
