Egress IP problem

ive been working on this almost a week now.

Everytime i try to open lightroom classic an Egress IP error prevents me to do anything except close the app.

I tried some of the solutions like the Config files and converting them into old config files, that didnt work.

I tried deleting every single config file, didnt work.

I tried deleting the entire adobe system, restarting the computer and download the applications again,

...didnt work.

Im getting a little frustrated at this point because i cant even access my pictures and i work a lot in photography.

Can anyone fix my issue?

Contact Adobe. This via a Chat. Before doing so, prepare your notes and information ahead of time as to be more efficient in communicating. Your info that you have posted in your Discussion is a start for the description, and probably have a copy of your LrC /Help/System Info/ as a text document on hand, so that you can paste or attach that into the chat.

To accomplish the Chat, bring up an Adobe webpage, and click on the Chat button. (see image below) This will start a Chat. At first the Chat will be with a chatbot, Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chatbot. If an agent does not enter the chat then be assertive in requesting an actual Adobe Tech join in the chat.

In the Chat include (as mentioned above) a description of the issue, and probably your System Info. And include a link to your discussion.

You may want to ask for a phone call.

And please keep notes so that you can share them in your post for others to see.

For example, bring up:

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

and click on the Chat button, typically found in bottom right corner

That kind of error probably shouldn’t come up in a normal home or office network. Are you running any special networking software at the OS level, such as a content filter/blocker, VPN, or similar? Also, how is your computer connected to the Internet…through a cable modem, fiber, 5G home wireless, mobile data, work office, etc.?

For testing, is it possible to change your network conditions and see if still happens on a different local network? For example, if I got that error at home, I would take the laptop to the public library or coffee shop and see if it also happens there, and I would try it with a VPN on and off. That should help narrow down where the weird network behavior is happening.

I see what you mean,

The only extension i have is on chrome and that is an adblocker and should not have any effect on my applications,

from my expirence this is a problem specific to this computer, i have tried other networks and the problem is like an agent preventing any action.

So a Egress IP. Not exactly something used at home. More likely on a corporate network, or a School (University) network.

Also, does this imply that your catalog is not on an actual hard drive connected to your computer (internal or external)?

Is corporate/School, have you contacted the I.T. department?

I got my first license as part of a school i was attending and then i canceled that subscription and started my own subscription on the same device.

I.T reccomended uninstalling everything and deactivating licenses.
