Question

Emails about deactivation and deletion, and where is my subscription?

I hvae received a couple of emails to say that my Lightroom account will be deleted if I do not log in.  I have logged in but I have received yet another email to say that my account will be deleted.  How do I prevent it from being deleted?

Secondly, I paid for an indefinite subscription to Lightroom a number of years ago.  However, when I log into my account, it states that I do not have any subscription and that I need to buy a new one.  Why has my subscription been deleted at all, never mind without any warning?

I cannot find any way of contacting Adobe about these issues.  I would like this resolved in the next couple of days as I have no confidence that Adobe will not delete my account completely despite me having logged on and attempted to contact them about these issues,.  Please confirm how I can contact Adobe.  I am based in the UK, if that makes a difference.

I received a similar email today and was trying to find out if it was a scam. Not so much the payment but the need to obtain all my data and download an app to do that via a link. Is it legit and who a adobe do we forward to? I could not find the named app in the Apple App Store so I thought maybe I was a scam.

You receive an email asking you to download some app to obtain your data? That should ring your alarm bells all over the place. Looks like the fastes and surest way to get your computer infected.

There is no such thing as an "indefinite subscription". Who did you pay the money to? Who is sending you these e-mails? Can you share a screen capture of one of the e-mails? (It almost sounds like some sort of scam)

Your issue can best be resolved by contacting Adobe Customer Care at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html. Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Start Now” live chat link in the lower right of this page. Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chat bot.
