Enfuse L/R not showing files on Lightroom

Hi , I've used Enfuse L/R plug-in for awhile now and recently every time I'm stacking photos and trying to use the plug-in , it shows it's actually creating the file on my PC but it's not showing on Lightroom , even if I'm clicking on the created file to open it on Lightroom it just opens Lightroom , showing me the library where it is actually located , but it's not there .

Note: I've been using this plug-in for awhile and never had issues . Method : stacking 3-5 exposures, File>plug-in extras> blend exposures using LR/Enfuse >arrange settings in 'combine photos using Enfuse'>Output: ✅Reimport image into Lightroom ✅Stack with originals .

Ive already checked updates , already tried troubleshooting, you guys are my last resort . 
anyone had this issue before ? 
I can literally see the file on my PC but it won’t show on Lightroom CC .
