Epson Printer Can't Print from Photoshop, but will print in LR Classic

I am using PS Beta 25.70 and have LR classic 13.2 - newest versions as far as I know. Running Sonoma 14.3 on my M1 Mac. 

I'm trying to print an 8x10 image on 13x19 ILford paper  in PS, but when I feed it, it only prints a sliver of the image. (1/2" x 7" ) on the bottom of the page. When I open in LR and print it, that works correctly, but I can't use the Ilford ICC profile (I searched for it on my computer and it does not show up, despite being an option to use when I try to print in PS). I don't like printing in LR as much as PS, so I'm not sure what to do.

I've deleted the printer from printer settings, then re-added. I'm using the lastes software update for my EPson Surecolor700 printer.

Any ideas?
