After upgraiding to v13 I can't work in catalog with smart preview what my client send to me created on his Mac.

Smart previews are missed and with errors.

I'm using last Windows 10

Hope that bug will be fixed ASAP

What can I do now?

Mac and PC address drives differently. This is an OS level thing, not Lightroom directly and doesn't qualify as a bug.

You'll need to go to a folder on the drive (click the white triangle in the Folders panel on the drive)  and choose 'Find Missing Folder' from the Right Click menu.

From there connect it to where it is on the Mac. Faster if there was one parent folder. You may need to reconnect many folders.

Look in the Catalog folder and check that there are Smart Previews there. Are there also Previews?

Catalog include all of smart previews what photographer create, but it can't be viewed or edited on PC after upgaiding to v13 (both Mac and PC was upgraded)

I find opportunity to open it on Mac and it works, but not on PC (on v12 there was no problems with that)

Nothing shows in Develop either (as that's where the Smart Previews work-which I know you know)?

What I think is happening is that when Lightroom upgrades a catalog, it upgrades the previews cache and the smart preview database and moves it from the previous version.

Who updated this catalog, you or the client? The client may need to send you an updated catalog. I wish I had a way to test this to confirm for you.

matches what one could expect based on the ! mark in a circle on each thumbnail.
