export heic to jpg

Hi!

When I try to export a Heic file, this message appears:

 

HEIC files are only supported with an active subscription (1)

  IMG_1236.HEIC (heic_unsupported_platform)

 

what that means?? I have my suscription to LR I dont undestand what happen.... What I should do.? I can edit the photo but I cant export it.

Mac or PC? OS version? LrC version? Did this work before? If so, anything
changed? What if you exit LrC, enter it, try again?
