Export of presentation video stuck

With using LrC v14.0.1 I'm not able to export a presentation in a video format. At 10% export it got stuck and will not continue.

Tried to reboot, optimize catalog, select different pictures although no succes.

Worked like a charm on previous versions, anything to do with latest update?

Does this happen with a specific slideshow? As a test, try using a different catalog from File > New Catalog, beginning with a different set of images and checking if that helps. 

If this does not help, a good step to troubleshoot this problem is to reset Lightroom Classic manually. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Close Lightroom Classic.
  2. Navigate to the preferences folder:
    • On Windows: C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Preferences
  3. Rename the preferences file (e.g., add .old to the end of the filename).
  4. Restart Lightroom Classic, which will create a new preferences file.

This reset can often resolve unexpected issues. If the problem persists, feel free to reach out for more help!

@Sameer K thanks for your response. I use MacOS, Although figured out how to remove the preference file. After reboot issue is still there.
