Export with meta data set to Copyright Only results in no file export and no error message

Lightroom Classic v14.2

Windows 10 Pro

In the file export window, If I select "Copyright Only" for meta data setting, no file will be generated.  The "Write Copyright" setting for the camera is set to Off so the field would be empty. In the History panel, it'll list "Export - Hard Drive..."

Once I change the setting to "All except camear RAW" then file exports as expected.

Looks like it was generating the files. It was the sorting by Windows Explorer that put them at the bottom of the list while the ones with meta data went to the top.
