I want to place the file name superimposed over an image.

Does anyone have a simple workflow to accomplish this?

There used to be a plug-in called Mogrify which can do this. Whether it sill works or not, I don't know.

The LR/Mogrify plugin still works for many people, though it hasn't been supported by its developer for years.

In the Develop Module, pressing the letter i will cycle through the superimposing of photo data on top of the image. One of these displays will show the file name.
