GeForce GTX970 problem in Lightroom Classic 14.2

Hi,

after upgrading to Lightroom Classic 14.2 my GPU GeForce GTX970 4GB stopped working in Lightroom (Error message - GPU is not supported for graphic acceleration). When I downgraded back to 14.1. GPU acceleration works fine.
Does anyone know something about official discountinuing of support of GeForce GTX970 in 14.2 or it can be a bug issue?

1. Update to the latest Nvidia driver by installing it from here:

https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/details/242141/

2. If you still get the error, delete the "Camera Raw GPU Config.txt" file, as described in steps 2 - 5:

https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html#solution-3

3. If that doesn't help, do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.

FWIW, I use the nVidia GTX970 daily with 14.2 and have no issues.

Hello John,

thank you for your advise.

Step 2 solved my problem.  Now my GeForce GTX970 works fine also in the newest Lightroom Classic 14.2.
