How should I make a GPS tracklogg that would be read by Lightroom in the "Map" section?

¿Cómo genero un archivo GPS que Lightroom pueda leer en la sección de "Mapa"?

If you are able to load Garmin Basecamp or Google Earth Pro both can read and export in that format.

LR reads tracklogs in GPX format. Many devices and applications produce that format.  If you have a device or application that produces some other format log file, you can use the free GPSBabel utility to convert from that format to GPX.

Do you have a GPS logging device or mobile phone app?

I have a kind of old CanWay device that worked just fine in my old computer, which has been changed. It does not work on the new one. So, I either need a newer device that would work well on newer computers or an app in my Android phone that would do the same. But I need the app to work in the background with the screen of my phone off and ideally not consuming movil network data.

I don't find any in Amazon. Would you know?

    Thank you very much, Johnrellis.

There's a number of battery-powered GPS loggers listed on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=gps+logger+battery&i=gps&rh=n%3A172282%2Cn%3A172526&lo=list&dc&qid=1555458206&ref=sr_ex_n_1 . The advantage of these over an cell-phone app is that they can work for much longer with replaceable or rechargeable batteries than an app running on your cell phone.

I use a Garmin Foretrex when I'm backpacking.  I wear it on my wrist, and it does more than just log GPX tracks.
