Gros probléme de lenteur et blocage avec Ligthroom 14.0.1

Bonjour,

Je rencontre également un gros probléme de lenteur de l'odrinateurdepuis la dernière mise à jour de Ligthroom 14.0.1 . Tout est lent, trés lent, importation, développement... Ligthroom plante mon ordinateur.

Comment resoudre le probléme?

Je suis sous windows 11, Procésseur Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400F @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz, 16Go de Ram, carte graphique NVDIA Geforce RTX 3060

Neophyte en informatique, j'espère avoir des réponses simples...

So Windows 11 version 24H2, that new version is slowly being delivered by Microsoft in a phased rollout.. As such I wonder if you have a very new computer. Very new computers may come with 24H2. And that makes me inquire about your computers make and model.

 

Is this computer a WOS/CoPilot/ARM Device?

 

Also, MS may be finding many many issues with 24H2, make sure that you check for additional MS updates

Ligthroom crashes my computer

 

This is almost always a bad driver for your GPU, or a hardware malfunction. The first thing you need to do is make sure your GPU has the most current studio driver (not the game driver). If that doesn't fix the problem, then you will need to run diagnoses on your hardware to see where the fault is. Windows creates a fault log which may help.

As a first step, please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.
