hard drive failure

I've had a hard drive failure but have a backup on another drive how do I get this to sync with all my lightroom settings

    Backup of what? Catalog file? Photos? both? neither? Lightroom or Lightroom Classic?

    Photos, Lightroom classic my catalogue files are on a different drive, sorry for the vague initial post

    If possible, name the new drive that the photos will be put on to be EXACTLY same as the name of the drive that crashed. Copy the photos from the backup into the exact same folders that they were in previously.
