High CPU and processor usage in Lightroom and Bridge

Hi,

When I use Lightroom and also Bridge, my computer shows a very high CPU and 100% processor usage. It's to the point that I can't use Lightroom. It doesn't really slows down though. I've tried everything from deleting the catalog (which is huge), reinstalling Lightroom, rebuilding a new catalog, searching the Internet. You have no idea everything that I tried. I've been fighting this problem for a year or so. I thought it could be because of the newest Lightroom versions, I reinstalled version 11 (adobe don't offer earlier versions) and the problem is the same. This week I bought an SSD internal disk drive thinking it might be due to the fact that my external disk wasn't fast enough, whatever. Windows 11 has been reinstalled on the new SSD disk drive. The computer got cleaned up. It didn't change anything. I have 32 gig RAM, enough space on my driver. It's an XPS Dell computer, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700 CPU @ 3.00GHz. It should be enough to run Lightroom CC. Please, I need help. I've been using Lightroom CC for many years now for my workflow and love it. Is somebody able to  help me with this problem? thank you.

You can't use it, but it doesn't slow down? Please explain further. What is the problem that causes you not to be able to use it?

Are you talking about Lightroom Classic (LrC icon) or Lightroom (Lr icon)?

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

High CPU usage per se isn't a problem or unexpected. I'll ask as well; what exactly isn't working ("I can't use Lightroom")?
