How can I add an opacity rectangle border using Lightroom CC?

I've seen solutions to adding an opacity rectangle border to images in Photoshop, but I was wondering if it is possible to do the same using LR CC. If yes, how can it be done?

The Plug-in: Yes.

Your only options within Lightroom are-

Use a Vignette in the Effects panel or Gradients on photo edges, or Save a JPG from the Print module where you can use 'Stroke' and Page Background color for the saved JPG.

No version of LR can do this.

By the way, there is no longer any product named "Lightroom CC". There is "Lightroom", the cloud-focused applications that run on mobile devices, the Web, and the desktop, and "Lightroom Classic", the traditional desktop-focused product. Do Help > System Info to figure out which one you're running. And thank Adobe Marketing for the perspicuous naming (they get paid for it!).

Thanks for your quick reply. As for the LR nomenclature, with frequent changes, it's hard to keep up with the name "du jour." I was referring to Lightroom Classic. Actually it's not even needed to do a Help > System Info. As you open LR, the name shows up clearly on the upper left-hand corner of the window. I just wasn't looking there.
