How do I add text to a photo in a Collection?

I have created a Lightroom Collection of my favourite "Akvis Sketch" presets which I have edited to reflect my own needs.

The default description ("Akvis Bright Pencils" ) is at bottom right under the title "PRESETS.

I now need to add descriptive text to the Photo itself.

You can only add text to the corresponding metadata fields in the Library module and you can add one watermark during the export phase. You could, however, add text in Photoshop.

Thank you. I didn’t know that only Photoshop can do this.

You do not have a text tool with Lr. If you get a plug-in taking over that functionality, you could add text.

And you could look into this, but it is probably not what you need: Adding overlays to slides in Lightroom Classic CC
