@SMF,

I'm pretty sure you need to do that in Photoshop. However, I will move your question to the main Lightroom forum. whose members will be able to confirm or correct me (this forum is intended specifically for question about the new Lightroom video tutorial page).

Best regards,

Your Lightroom edits are automatically saved in the Lightroom catalog. You don't need to specifically tell Lightroom to do a save.

These saved edits are viewable from inside of Lightroom.

If you need to use the edited photos outside of Lightroom, and the built in distribution methods (Print, Web, E-Mail, upload to Flickr/Facebook etc.) aren't sufficient, you would have to do a File->Export

Please spend some time looking at introductory videos at http://tv.adobe.com/product/lightroom/

For example: http://tv.adobe.com/show/getting-started-with-adobe-photoshop-lightroom-5/

or read the free e-book: http://www.lightroomqueen.com/free-downloads/quickstart/lr5/
