how do i resolve a billing discrepancy?
Help! My credit card has been charged odd amounts for the past 4 months and the latest has 2 seperate and yet different adobe charges. my account invoice page says that i have just been charged the usual throughout. i need to know what the new, od amounts are for, and why. and why they differ from my invoice page. and also why 2 charges this past month. how do i contact billing to get this sorted out? "adobe care" doesn't work, twitter contact messaging doesn't work.
