Question

How to change default B&W profile?

I am so so frustrated.

I have thousands of photos that I just want converted to the Adobe Standard B&W profile however when converting from colour to black and white it defaults to Adobe Monochrome.

Someone please tell me there is a way of applying the Adobe Standard B&W profile to all photos...

Thank you.

Create a develop preset with the Adobe Standard B&W profile, and apply the preset to the images. You can also use the preset when importing new photos.

I don't think you can do so.

My suggestion would be to add your desired profile to the favourites, so it's easier to apply. But the V shortcut will still apply Adobe Monochrome and is still broken over six months after Adobe introduced the new profiles.
