How to contact customer care?

Hello. When I was about to buy the plan there was support and live chat. Now there is ABSOLUTELY no way to contact them! All the links people sent here take me to support with instructions, there is no way to contact customer care. I feel like I'm burning, I don't want to pay the cancellation fee! It was yearly, not forever.

In the chat field (lower right of screen), type AGENT, be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

You can cancel your plan yourself at account.adobe.com, click on "Manage Plan"
