How to display all exif data from jpg or raw like exiftool e.g. does

There are a lot of more metadata stored in jpg and raw-files than LR shows in gropus like IPTC, EXIF, ...

 

Like this:

 

Quality                         : FINE
Sharpness                       : +2 (hard)
White Balance                   : Auto

Saturation                      : -2 (low)

White Balance Fine Tune         : Red +0, Blue +0

Noise Reduction                 : -3 (very weak)

Shadow Tone                     : +2 (hard)

Highlight Tone                  : -1 (medium soft)

Grain Effect                    : Weak

Shutter Type                    : Mechanical

 

Is there a possibility to make those accessable?
