How to install Lightroom 6 in 2024 with original license

Question

Hi, is it still possible to install Lightroom 6 with original license? We try to install old Ligthroom to our client, but still asking to activate with creative cloud account - but we have only serial number...

We are tried offline installation, but no success...after few months working Lightroom started asking for activation with adobe account...thanks for any advice...

PS: I know, that Lightroom 6 is dead an unspported product...

You don't need the Creative Cloud Desktop App to run LR 6, and having it installed will confuse things greatly, it converts Lr6 to the CC2015 subscription version. Suggested next steps:1. In Windows Settings > Apps > Installed Apps, uninstall both Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App and Lightroom 6.2. Restart the computer.3. Install LR 6.If Activation is refused (ie. more than 2 installs) then only Adobe Support can Reset the Activation count. (*If that is still possible and they are willing!  - I suspect not!)
