How to report a questionable product advertisement (i.e. possible scam) to Adobe

This is a reseller of Lightroom Classic, they do not mention that the software is only available by subscription, and so buyers may think the purchase is perpetual. They also do not appear to mention Adobe at all. This has been reported to Etsy. If there is a way to report this to Adobe, I'd like to know how.
