How to set up two monitors in Lightroom Desktop
in the old version i do window >> Secondary Display, now I do not have a button "window" in the Top toolbar.

The image you posted is from Lightroom Desktop. Lightroom Desktop does not have multiple monitor capability. Lightroom Classic has multiple monitor support. Is it possible you meant to install it instead?
