How to undo batch preset 2 steps back?

I have applied a BW preset on a batch of photos, I  then did other steps, which I'm happy to delete those presets as well. Which means the BW preset is already 2 steps down in my history. My question is how do I UNDO A PRESET FOR A BATCH OF PHOTOS that is already further down in history? I have Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.

Please help! Thank you

Don't close LR. Hit Undo a few times.

If you can't do that because you've closed LR, you're going to have to change each photo.

But you can't select all the affected photos and take them all a step or two back.
