All of my adobe apps are useless without internet connection. I've seen people saying that you can use the program for a month or 99 days. How do I enable this mode?

There's nothing to enable. It will work for 30 days since the last license check as if nothing happened, and then up to 99 days with reminders and I assume some popups asking if you forgot to pay. But it will work.

To zero the count and force a license check, log out of the CC app and back in, as the last thing before disconnecting.

And to add to the answer from @D Fosse -  Never [Sign Out] of the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App (except as advised to 'Reset')

To [Sign In] really means to 'Activate' all Adobe Apps. If you [Sign Out] the apps are 'De-activated'.

When [Signed in] all apps will work online or off-line (for the time limits mentioned in the link).

OFFLINE GRACE PERIOD
